Relish making at Mom's

Went to Mom's on Monday and we made relish together. We had such a nice time just chatting about everything as we peeled and chopped. The cucumbers are from my garden. I never seem to be able to get the bell peppers to ripen at the same time as the cucks -- I have to buy those. They look so pretty, I hate to put them away! That's ok, I'll be making another batch soon. :)

TPE Challenge #22 Stars and Strips

Method
I cut strips of paper at different widths and embossed them with my CuttleBug. I layered them on top of paper cut to fit my card. I topped that will a couple of layers of embellishments using thick glue dots, and strung my heart and stars with ribbon. I used a combination of chalk and ink to distress the edges and highlight the embossing. The design is mine and the artwork is from A.J. Roberts at Aimeeasher.com.

About the Cuttlebug Challenge #37 Card

I lightly sanded the dots to reveal the white. The tags give space for a personal note, and are tucked into the bag opening. The graphics are Laurie Furnell’s at PCCrafter.com
